Chocolate Chip Cookies YUM!

Definitely a Healthi...Err version of the real thing
Imagine a delicious cookie that has 1/2 the sugar, same great taste and is much healthi...err for you.. Well this is the cookie for you!

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
 **Preheat oven to 350°F**

PREPARATION 

Grind oats in a blender (if you like the chunky oatmeal  taste then you don't have to). Put oats in a bowl and stir in flour, baking soda and salt









In another bowl beat butter with a electric mixer until fluffy. Add oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla; beat until smooth and creamy. With the mixer running, add the dry ingredients, beating on low speed until it's mixed throughout. Stir in chocolate chips... yummy!






Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls, at least 1 inch apart, onto a greased banking pan. Bake until firm around the edges and golden on top, about 11 minutes
